Health practitioners may assist you, including help to complete everyday tasks and maintain and improve your independence through assessments, provision of services or advice. Delivered to you in your home, they may assist you to develop a clear picture of the everyday tasks you might find challenging and aim to come up with possible solutions to assist you.
