Services provided

We deliver a range of allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and podiatry to clients in their home, on behalf of Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Short-term Restorative Care providers.

You can easily refer to us via our online referral form which streamlines the process so you can access home services for your clients quickly and efficiently. We also keep you updated with your client’s progress and keep you informed of any changes in their condition, so you can continue to make informed decisions about their care.

Who can fund us?

HealthStrong delivers allied healthcare to clients in their homes right across Australia. Our services can be funded by:

  • Third party providers who fund the delivery of care such as Home Care Packages, workers’ compensation or traffic accident / CTP insurance
  • Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) — Gold Card holders (Note a GP referral is required for DVA clients)
  • Medicare — when part of a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) (Note a GP referral is required for clients receiving a CDMP)

Alternatively, clients can choose to pay for our services privately.
